Elizabeth Hurley is best known for her part in the movie Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, but she is also known for how beautiful she is. At 57, she seems to have lost none of the charm that made so many people love her. In fact, she doesn’t look like she’s getting older at all because she takes such good care of her body and face. We now know exactly what she does, and it’s not that hard to figure out.

It starts with having a good mind.

The actress and businesswoman tries to keep an upbeat attitude and not let a bad mood take over her soul. “You should try to stay upbeat. We all have bad things happen to us in life. Some people have to deal with terrible things. You see some people, and they always seem to have a good mood. They get over things. Some folks get mad. I sometimes think that if you want to shine, you have to let go of a lot of things and move on. Try to be as nice as possible to everyone.”

She now lives in a much simpler way in the fields of Britain, far away from Hollywood. This has given her the time and space to take care of herself from the inside out.

A big part of her skin care practise is moisturising.

She has made it clear that she enjoys moisturising. “I swear by moisturiser, and I use a lot of it.I’ll put lotion on my face and neck about six times a day and ten times a day, respectively. Just put a little on your face and you’ll glow right away.”

Since she has worked with Estée Lauder for more than 20 years, she also uses their night oil. “This night serum has always been my favourite product. I was given my first bottle when I joined the company in 1995, and I’ve used it twice a day ever since.”

She’s very careful about what she puts in her body.

Processed foods are known to be bad for our bodies and can be very hard to stop eating. They have too much sugar, salt, and fat, aren’t very good for you, and make you hungry faster because they are digested faster. Elizabeth probably knows about all these risks, which is why she doesn’t eat anything that has been made.

“I like easy, natural, simple food. I don’t like food that has a lot of chemicals or other things added to it. When I’m at my country home, I try to eat food that was grown nearby. This is true for both meat and veggies. I think it’s best to eat food as close to how it was made as possible. We don’t eat a lot of prepared food at home. I usually cook it myself at home.”

She gets a lot of water, works out, and sleeps well.

“As far as exercise goes, I don’t have a set routine I always stick to. I do a lot of things. I am not at all lazy.I take my dogs on long walks. I’m always stretching. I would rather clean my house than go to the gym. I’d rather clean a mirror, which works just as well.”

She also knows that she needs to drink lots and lots of water and work out to keep her body healthy. In fact, she starts her day by having two mugs of warm water, which is the best way to wake up your body in the morning.

Elizabeth says she knows when she needs to lay down and relax her body and mind in order to rest. “I no longer bring my phone into my bedroom, and I don’t bring electronics upstairs. And I have to say, my sleep has gotten much better.”
