In the wall space, Guy creates a cat room.

A few months ago, Bryan Davies and his family adopted a cat named Wyatt from an animal shelter. He was cute, and it didn’t take the kitten long to find his palace when he was curious. He spent the time doing the things he liked best at home.

He loves to look out the window and see birds and squirrels. He was sitting there waiting for the birds and squirrels to come out. Instead of making him wait, Davies thought of a fun way to treat his friend.

Less often than in the summer, animals came to Wyatt’s viewing point in the winter. Davies found a way to help the cat do what it liked best: have fun. He let him use his tablet to watch the bird videos he liked on the internet. He liked watching videos on YouTube, and now he has a TV. Davies had to give him more, though. There wasn’t much space to watch it in.

Davies saw a space along a wall near his bedroom that wasn’t being used. That was the best place for the cats in the room. He says it was even smaller than their already tiny bedroom, which was in their already tiny house. Then he opened the wall and began making changes to the cat room.

When the room was done, Davies put a small cat bed and some other things in it. It is a bedroom, plain and simple. There were small works of art on the walls that Wyatt might like.

As a final touch, he hung the TV that his cat uses to watch TV on the wall. Now he can watch his favorite shows about animals in the most comfortable place for him. Then it was time to show Wyatt where he would be sleeping. He was thrilled!

When Davies made it, he wasn’t sure if it would fit his cat. But the cat started going there right away.
