More importantly, Lively’s amazing change is because she takes a simple and practical approach to exercise. She has never used fad diets or over-the-top workouts. Blake’s personal trainer says that her workout routine is easy and effective, and that anyone can do it. This makes it a must-try for anyone who wants to live a healthy life.

She goes to the gym every day.
