Even though she is old, Jane Seymour resists the passing of time with a beautiful grace that makes us gasp for air. Taking care of yourself is a must if you want to look good, and Jane’s radiant glow and amazing figure are proof of that. She is sure that inner beauty is what makes a person beautiful.

Seymour once told a story about a time in her life when she was close to dying, which made her think about life differently. She said, “I realized that the only thing you take with you when you die is the love you shared and the difference you made.”

This deep realization led her to realize, “It all fits together. Not a single thing I do has nothing to do with my mind, body, or soul.” Since then, she has focused on her own growth and spreading happiness. She is sure that if she takes care of her soul, it will shine through her body.

Her mother was the person who gave her the most ideas.

Jane said that her mother also taught her how important it was to be in touch with herself.

She said that her mom didn’t have money to spend on skin care, so she focused on taking care of herself. “She never had any money and couldn’t get facials,” she said. She took care of herself, and her whole life theory was that everyone had problems, and when they did, they had to accept them, open their hearts, and try to help other people. And by doing so, [they] would help themselves.”



She avoids fad diets.

You might think Jane is very picky about what she eats, but that’s not true. She said that she loves food and doesn’t keep track of her weight, but that good nutrition is important to her: “I’m a foodie, so diets never really worked for me. I grow my own fruits and veggies, and I love the taste of food. So the idea of getting to a number on a scale isn’t very appealing to me.



She takes care of her body.

The famous actress knows how important it is to take care of her body, so she naturally puts exercise first while taking into account her age and body. She prefers Pilates and adds “lightweights” and “careful sit-ups” to her routine, along with some yoga stretches. Jane pays close attention to how her body feels and knows that “as you get older, your body can’t work the way you’d like it to work.”



She does everything she can to protect her skin.

Sun safety is Seymour’s favorite beauty tip. She once said, “I think having good skin is the key to keeping your face from looking old. Using retinol at night, staying out of the sun, using good skin care that plumps up your skin, and pretty much anything else that makes me feel healthy is the best anti-aging tip I know.”

Jane also said she wished she had been more careful about getting too much sun when she was younger. She thought back on her life and said, “I don’t have many regrets, but I wish I could tell my younger self not to sunbathe with a reflector board and cooking oil for two weeks during her summer vacation!” But she said she had stopped worshipping the sun a long time ago and thought herself lucky.

She is all about aging in a healthy way.

And finally, Seymour answered the most important question: Has she had any work done on her face? The answer is no, but she’s keeping her options open: “As of right now, I’ve decided not to get a facelift, but I have nothing against any of it. If I thought someone could do something that wouldn’t change my face and make me look the same, I’d do it. I’m not saying I’d never do it, but I haven’t done it yet.”



Jane seems to be doing great, and her fans are amazed by how beautiful she is even as she gets older. But she is more than what she looks like on the outside. She is a strong woman who built herself up when no one else believed in her ability and success.
