When a woman drops her phone into the ocean, a friendly dolphin picks it up.

When you’re on the water, you must be very careful with your electronics, especially your phone, because if you drop them, you’ll probably never find them again. So when this young woman saw her phone slowly sinking to the ocean floor, she never thought she’d see it again. But you can imagine how surprised she was when a friendly dolphin gave her phone back. I know it sounds impossible, but they even caught the moment on camera, and it’s the kind of video you’ve never seen before!

Teressa Cee is a cheerleader for the Miami Heat. While in the Bahamas, she took the chance to swim with dolphins in the clear waters off Blue Lagoon Island. But she had no idea she was about to have the best time of her life. Teressa was about to jump into the water to play with the cute dolphins swimming around the boat, so she asked a friend to watch her phone while she was in the water. The person’s phone just fell out of their hand and into the Atlantic Ocean.

Teressa was already feeling bad because she knew she’d never get her phone back, but something amazing happened. One of the dolphins saw the phone and went swimming to get it. Everyone was shocked when he found it and gave it back to Teressa. Teressa couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Teressa took a picture of the amazing scenery and put it on the Internet.

“I had the chance to swim with dolphins while I was in the Bahamas,” she wrote on Facebook. “We were shooting on this floating platform in the Atlantic Ocean. So, against my better judgment, I asked someone to hold my phone for me. He accidentally dropped it into the water, and it sank to the bottom. The dolphin, Cacique, actually got my phone and brought it back to me. “That is the cutest thing ever!”

Here is where you can see the amazing moment:

The hero dolphin is named Cacique. He and the other dolphins at Blue Lagoon Island are not only very friendly but have also been trained as part of the Dolphin Encounters, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Bahamas. The cetacean did something sweet, so Teressa took a selfie with him.
