A new planet has been found by a team of astronomers using a powerful telescope in Chile. The planet, called TOI-1135 b, is about the same size as Saturn, but much lighter and hotter. It orbits a star similar to our sun, but much younger, in a very short time of only eight days.

The planet is so close to its star that it is losing its atmosphere due to the intense heat and radiation. The astronomers think that the planet will eventually become a rocky core after a few hundred million years. The discovery of this planet helps us understand how different types of planets form and evolve around different stars in our galaxy.
